mubarakaMubaraka comes to BAVC with a diverse background and experience from the chemical industry. She specialized in strategy implementation and market intelligence for the plastic additives division at BASF. She also successfully managed a product portfolio for food, beverage and dietary supplement ingredients.  Prior to that role, she managed cross functional teams for BASF’s key customers who purchased across all divisions. Mubaraka hopes to focus on pharmaceutical, food, beverage and travel industries in the future. While at NYU, Mubaraka won 2nd place in two brand strategy competitions and made it to the semifinals of an entrepreneurship challenge with a boutique fitness concept.

Outside of work Mubaraka loves to explore the many food options in her native NYC - ask her for recommendations! She is also an avid skier and loves to travel all over the world. Her favorite destination has been Bora Bora.

  • B.E. in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union M.B.A, with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy, from New York University.
