Julia began her career as a journalist in Washington, D.C., as a reporter for the Washington Post, where she wrote feature stories for the Metro and Sunday lifestyle sections. She went on to get her MBA at Northwestern, and has since leveraged her reporting and analytical skills as a brand strategist on both client and agency sides, helping brands like Hershey, ING Direct and Land Rover with product innovation and brand positioning. She joined BAVC in 2012.
Julia enjoys anything that involves moving swiftly -- e.g. running, skiing, brazenly jaywalking across NYC streets -- and is a diehard loyalist of the New York Times Sunday print edition.
